Conclusion of the Contract
The sales contract can be considered concluded at the moment when the customer, after entering the necessary personal data and payment details for the purchase, presses the "Pay Now" button and receives the order confirmation.

All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Invoice request
When you purchase a product from this website you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you used for completing the purchase. The confirmation will contain data such as: your name, the company's name, order number, list of items ordered, quantities, prices, billing address.
Discount codes
The customer will be able to enter a discount code during the checkout process, which (if valid) will grant a reduction in price on one or more purchased products. The extent of the price reduction will depend on the discount code being used at the time.
The discount codes are provided by Midnuances.com or given to advertising collaborators of Midnuances.com. Therefore, unless stated otherwise, the customer can only avail of the discounts if they have become aware of the vouchers through advertising actions or messages from Midnuances.com or through the social media account/website/blog of one of Midnuances.com's advertising collaborators.
Midnuances.com reserves all rights to modify the regulations for the use of each discount code. Any updates will be available on this page.
Access to the courses
At the moment of purchasing the photography course/courses the customer will be asked to enter personal information such as an e-mail address.
The e-mail address used to complete the purchase will also be used to create an account inside our online academy https://academy.midnuances.com, from which the customer will be able to access the course/courses.
Upon successfully completing the order, the customer will receive an email with the request of creating a password for the new account. After the password has been successfully created, the customer will automatically have access to the online academy, thus the course/courses.

Midnuances.com is not responsible for any connectivity issues that the customer might encounter due to bad or absent internet connection or server-related problems.
Refund policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of one or more courses bought on Midnuances.com, within 14 days from the day of the payment.
The customer can write us to info@midnuances.com or support@midnuances.com, specifying their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract and their preference to receive a refund or purchase another course.
The customer will lose the right to receive a refund in the following cases:
- Utilization of 50% or more of the educational material within the course(s).
- Download of 50% or more of the lessons present within the course(s).
- Download of the course(s) completion certificate(s).
- Refund request beyond the 14-day period starting from the date of course(s) purchase.
No additional costs will be added to complete the withdrawal process.
The customer is NOT required to specify the reason for the withdrawal, but it would be appreciated for the purpose of improving our service.
Midnuances.com will have 14 days from the customer's request for withdrawal to refund the entire amount paid for the product or products or to offer another product of equivalent value, as per the customer's request.
Support
The customer will have the right to receive online support throughout the duration of the purchased course/courses, such as questions about the topics learned, feedback and advice, and so on.
We reserve the right not to provide support regarding other topics unrelated to the content within the photography course/courses purchased by the customer.
Although we always try our best to offer the best possible support, due to possible external or internal factors, we cannot guarantee continuous and constant support, and we do not guarantee an immediate response to support requests.
Reviews
After purchasing one of the products sold on this website, the customer will have the opportunity to express judgment and opinions by writing a review.
We currently offer the possibility of writing reviews on Trustpilot, by accessing this page.
The customer agrees that their review will be published on this website or on Trustpilot and will be visible to the public. The customer's name and any photographs they include in the review (if any) will also be visible to the public.
The customer takes responsibility for not including sensitive data in the review, such as addresses, credit card numbers, or other personal information.
Midnuances.com does not have the authority to modify, select, or remove reviews published on TrustPilot, but may report and have reviews removed by TrustPilot if they contain false or misleading information.
Certificate of completion
Once the photography course(s) is completed, the customer will be eligible to receive the Certificate(s) of Completion.
While the certificate can help the customer demonstrate the skills acquired during the photography course(s) taken on this website and consequently assist in finding employment in fields that require photographic expertise, Midnuances.com does not guarantee that the certificate will be recognized as valid by all private or public organizations.
Professional online portfolio
Upon customer's request, Midnuances.com will create a professional portfolio page with selected best photographs shot by the cutomer.
The portfolio will be created using a pre-set template. The customer can choose to customize certain aspects such as personal data, backgrounds, photographs, descriptions of the photographs, and other elements during the portfolio's development phase.
To create the portfolio, the customer will need to send us the photographs they consider the most beautiful or successful, along with any artistic or practical descriptions of such photographs. The maximum limit of photographs per portfolio is 100. The customer can send this material to support@midnuances.com (if the total size of the photos is more than 10GB, you may need to use a service such as Dropbox).
The customer takes full responsibility and declares that the photographs sent to us are exclusively owned by them and don't violate any kind of copyrighting or intellectual property. Midnuances.com assumes no responsibility for photographs that violate copyright or are considered plagiarism.
In order to create the portfolio, the customer agrees to include at least one clearly visible photograph of their face, along with their full name. If the customer wishes to include additional personal data in the portfolio, they will need to provide us with their date of birth/age, available photographic equipment, preferred photographic genre, contact details (phone or email), or any other personal data they wish to be published in the portfolio.
The customer is aware that all personal data will be visible to the public.
The portfolio will be hosted on a dedicated page on the Midnuances.com website and will be accessible through a link like: https://midnuances.com/pages/portfolio-firstname-lastname OR https://midnuances.com/pages/portfolio-nickname
As the portfolio will be closely linked to our website, in order to safeguard the quality and public image of both the website and the portfolio, the customer cannot personally and directly modify the appearance, personal data, or photographs within the portfolio. The customer may request changes to Midnuances.com, such as backgrounds, personal data, profile image, or modifications/additions/deletions of photographs or photograph descriptions.
The customer is entitled to a maximum of 3 requests for changes per week.
Midnuances.com commits not to modify any aspect of the portfolio without the customer's written authorization or explicit request, unless the modifications are needed to safeguard our image and/or to avoid any copyright or any other legal issues.
Midnuances.com reserves the right to add promotional or relevant material related to its website before the beginning of the first section of the portfolio, between sections, or after the last section of the portfolio, without being invasive and while keeping the focus mainly on the customer's photographs.
Midnuances.com reserves the right not to publish offensive photographs, explicit sexual content, violent images, photographs showing legal violations or intellectual property violations, descriptions of such violations, personal data containing strong or offensive language or any other type of content that Midnuances.com find inappropriate. Midnuances.com also reserves the right to delete the customer's portfolio if attempts to violate the aforementioned conditions are repeated.
The portfolio will only be created for customers who have purchased the Complete Course or who have purchased all individual single courses separately.
If the customer decides to withdraw from the course purchase contract within the 14 days available to do so and if the portfolio has been created before that date, the customer's portfolio will be deleted and will no longer be accessible, viewable, or editable.
Midnuances.com does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the portfolio to the public.
Midnuances.com reserves the right to discontinue the service of creating or hosting portfolio pages at any time, giving explicit notice on this page and in this dedicated portfolio section.

The photographs within the courses sold on this website are either owned by Midnuances.com or by third parties.
Photographs owned by third parties retain their original authorship, and the owner retains all rights. Midnuances.com has obtained explicit permission to use third-party photographs within the products sold on this website.
All trademarks, product names, and/or company names mentioned and/or represented within the products sold on this website belong solely to their respective owners and are mentioned solely for informational purposes.
The customer agrees to use the courses purchased on this website for personal educational purposes only.
1. The sale of products purchased on this website, without the explicit written authorization of Midnuances.com is strictly prohibited.
2. The digital or printed publication of the contents within the products sold on this website, to third parties, without the explicit written permission from Midnuances.com, is strictly prohibited.
Violation of the aforementioned 2 points will be considered as digital piracy or plagiarism and will be subject to legal consequences.
Device compatibility
Midnuances.com is not responsible for any incompatibility between the products sold on this website and the device on which they are intended to be consumed. Therefore, before proceeding with the purchase of one or more products sold on this website, make sure that the device on which you intend to consume the courses is capable of accessing the internet and displaying pages correctly on updated browsers.

Gift cards
The customer can purchase one or more digital gift cards of different values on Midnuances.com.
The customer can use the gift card to purchase one or more courses, or alternatively, can gift them to third parties so that they can use them on our website.
The gift cards have no expiration date.
The customer can request a refund of the gift card, which will be equal to the remaining amount associated with the code issued to the customer, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Midnuances.com will have 14 days from the date of receiving the email from the customer to process the refund.
The gift card and its code will be disabled before proceeding with the refund, and it will no longer be possible to use it.
To know the remaining balance inside each gift card, the customer can contact us at support@midnuances.com, providing their name or the last 4 digits of the code within the gift card.
Age limits
The customer intending to purchase one or more products sold on this website implicitly declares to be at least 18 years old. Midnuances.com assumes no responsibility for products sold to customers under the age of 18, nor will issue any refund based solely on this premise.
Changes to this Terms and Conditions Policy
Midnuances.com reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing information to users on this page or through a banner on the homepage of this website.
